The Tuscan winemaking tradition is known and appreciated all over the world for the production of highly prized red wine.
Yet these two young entrepreneurs wanted to experiment with the production of sparkling wine in this area by accepting and winning a challenge that no one before them had dared to attempt. The challenge was therefore to embark on the production of Rosé wine in an area famous throughout the world for the production of red wine.
The reasons that prompted them to produce sparkling wine and rosé wine are two and extremely noble. The particular climate of this area in fact favors the production of sparkling wine in a completely natural way: the will therefore was to refine what the land is willing to give without forcing or altering its balance, in fact all the production takes place using certified organic methods . The second reason that leads the company today to produce excellent rosé wine is to bring women closer to the world of wine.
Notoriously moderate in alcohol, rosé wine is perfect for aperitifs and for moments of conviviality and socializing.
The services offered
Within the winery there is a wonderful agritourism capable of offering its guests an all-round sensory experience.
In fact, here, the lucky guests can enjoy the peace and quiet immersed in a protected enclave of 5 hectares of land and 50 types of ancient fruits. The Villa is located within the Natural Park of the Balze, those phantasmagorical geological structures also visible in some paintings by Leonardo Da Vinci.
During their stay they will be able to taste the fruits of the garden offered by the property as well as gifts of sweet organic honey produced together with the beekeepers of the area.
