Terms of Sale
The sales prices indicated are expressed in euros including VAT, without taking into account shipping costs. The latter are always charged to the customer and are invoiced upon validation of the order, as a supplement to the selected products. The "SELLER" reserves the right to change prices without notice and to change shipping prices at its discretion, but undertakes to apply current prices and explicitly display prices and shipping costs, as indicated on the site, at the time of order. Any refunds are always made by Arlaro Societa' Semplice Agricola through the payment system used to make the purchase, via Paypal, Credit Card, bank transfer both in the case of payment by bank transfer and in the case of cash on delivery. The delivery times of the products vary in consideration of the article ordered by the Customer and the delivery methods chosen by the same. The times indicated for the delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for the "SELLER". Using express courier transport, delivery is expected in a variable time from 1/5 working days from the moment of the order. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated in the technical data sheet of the single product. For products in which the technical data sheet contains 24/48 hour delivery indications, the following indications apply::
A) Day 0 (receipt of order)
the back office processes orders received by 1.00 pm, otherwise they are processed the following day. The same applies to orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays: they will be processed on the first working day following that of the order itself. The order is processed according to the payment method chosen, and in particular:

B) Day 1 (Courier Forwarder)

Delivery methods
1) Standard Delivery:
Delivery takes place within 5 working days from the date entrusted to the Courier.
In detail: we deliver within a maximum of 72 hours from when we entrust the goods to the courier. For all of Italy, including the islands, the cost of shipping is indicated at the time of the order. Fulfillment of Orders
Arlaro Societa' Semplice Agricola, in order to guarantee a correct service to its Customers, guarantees the receipt and acceptance of purchase orders until 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday; orders received after this time, as well as those received on Saturdays, Sundays or other public holidays, will be considered received on the first working day following that of the order itself. Warranties
All products sold by "SELLER". they are covered by the manufacturer's conventional guarantee and by the 24-month guarantee for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002. To use the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or transport document) which he will receive by e-mail in PDF format. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging. It is specified that the 24-month guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). All shipments of products will be rejected to the Sender, at his expense:

Transportation Insurance
