ToscaRosa
ToscaRosa is a fine rosé wine produced in Tuscany, Italy from Sangiovese grapes. The grapes are grown in organic vineyards in the hills of the Arno Valley, at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level. The climate is Mediterranean, with strong continental influences. The grapes are harvested in the first week of September and are hand-picked and sorted. The grapes are then pressed whole and macerated on the skins for a short period of time at low temperature. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees Celsius for 4 weeks. The wine is then aged for 4 months on its fine lees.
ToscaRosa has a delicate pink color and a fine nose with aromas of white flowers, yellow fruit and delicate notes of sur lies. The wine has a dry, light, savory, fresh and appealing taste.
ToscaRosa is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes, including appetizers, aperitifs, light pasta dishes, grilled fish and vegetables, and white meat.
